Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher malfunctioning. Dishwasher not reaching final sanitizing rinse of 50ppm at the dish. All dishware up to this point may not have been properly washed and sanitized. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Health Inspector instructed staff to replace expired bottle of sanitizer and dishwasher was run until 50ppm chlorine was reached. All dishes in facility were run through dishwasher during time of inspection.

Tongs for grill resting in front handsink REPEAT VIOLATION - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - staff member was informed this is unsanitary and item was run through dishwasher will all other items in restaurant.

Corrective Action(s): Teach staff to use sanitizer test strips.
Teach staff to prepare a bucket of sanitizer solution daily. Staff were not aware of how to test dishwasher to ensure it is working properly and were not informed that sanitizer solution is required.
Teach staff NOT TO USE HANDSINK to store tongs for grill!!
Owner away during inspection. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that if away staff are adequately trained in their absence.

Rodent droppings found in hole in wall behind pop storage in area of wall where pop beverage hoses run.

Observation: Hole in wall behind pop beverage dispensing box storage. Shown to staff member. Hole has been chewed enabling rodents to gain entry into this cavity and the restaurant.
Back door open again.

Staff were just informed YESTERDAY to keep back door closed. KEEP BACK DOOR CLOSED. GUILDFORD MALL IS HEAVILY INFESTED WITH RODENTS.

HEALTH INSPECTOR TO RETURN ON NOVEMBER 30 TO DISCUSS TODAY'S INSPECTION WITH OWNER. ENSURE OWNER IS PRESENT AND ALL ITEMS ARE CORRECTED. MANY STAFF ISSUES RESULTING IN MODERATE RATING OF INSPECTION TODAY.

- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- ONE functional sink plug available for use observed - *** OBTAIN ADDITIONAL SINK PLUG***
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Proper thawing techniques observed in sink
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
