Routine inspection conducted:

- Large 2 door "milk" cooler at 4 degrees C
- Small 2 door "storage" cooler at 3 degrees C
- Mini fridge at 1 degree C
- Sandwich prep cooler at 3 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Front under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Freezer at -22 degrees C
- No hot holding observed.
- Temperature records maintained. Food stored safely at time of inspection.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely outside of ice machine. Reminder: Plastic cups are not to be stored within ice machine as they may contaminate ice.
- Hand wash station supplied with hot and cold water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles (front, back) at 200 ppm
- High temperature dishwasher measured 71 degrees C at utensil surface after three cycles (minimum 71 degrees C). Please ensure that dishwasher reaches minimum temperature for sanitizing dishes. It is recommended to keep a temperature log for the dishwasher.
- No evidence of pest activity observed
- Washrooms maintained in clean condition; sinks properly stocked.

Reminder:
- Ensure that back door is fully closed to limit potential pest entry
- Ensure that all food products are stored off the floor to facilitate proper cleaning. Multiple boxes of food stored on floor near oven--please relocate.
