-Follow-up inspection to January 20, 2022. -Vegetable slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer is disassembled daily for cleaning and sanitizing. Store manager checks the slicer daily to verify it has been properly cleaned and sanitized. -Did not observe shelving units lined in cardboard at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
