Follow up inspection. Infractions corrected: Dishwasher sanitizing step is at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate. Temperature logs of cooler units and chemical logs for dishwasher and sanitizer now in use - good. Kitchen hand sink is now clear of obstruction with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold water. Back up paper towel available as well - good. Discussed with operator plans and building Permit in process with City for back kitchen area. Operator indicates they have Permit from City to address the renovations upgrades. Operator to keep EHO updated on progress of renovations over the next few months and provide documentation of Permit to EHO next week. Items requiring correction by follow up completed.
