Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units (including all the units in the 5 levels of serveries, along with the units in the main kitchen) were noted at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were noted at ≤ -18C.
All food stored protected and off the floor.
Dry storage area noted in a sanitary manner. Did not observe any damaged canned food.
All bulk condiment containers noted with proper scoops. No improper scoops in-use or stored within the food containers.
200 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer containers used at each work station during food preparation.
400 ppm QUAT detected from the wall mounted sanitizer dispenser.
High temperature dish machine was capable of reaching 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Kitchen noted in a sanitary manner. Fume hood, interior of the ice machine, cutting boards were noted in excellent sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Manager was working at the time of inspection - FOODSAFE Level 1 still valid - expires August 31, 2024.
