- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 72.0C at the plate level.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle
- Ice machine is well-maintained
- Washrooms for the public are equipped with adequate hand washing stations
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Keep the prep cooler lids closed after busy times to prevent cold air escaping
*Store the ice scoop in a durable and easy to clean container
*Seal up all holes to prevent potential pest entry
*Ensure hand washing station is clear of obstructions at all times to allow for proper hand washing
*As per previous routine inspection, liquid soap and paper towel dispensers to be installed at the two compartment sink
