Comments

-Bar makes hot dogs and sells prepacked foods. No hot dogs made at the time of inspection. Majority of food is made in the kitchen.
-No potentially hazardous foods stored in the cooler units at the time of inspection.
-Bar glasswasher had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine sanitizer (minimum 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained.
-Ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
