Good Items: Handwashing sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towel Coolers: 4C Freezers: -18C QUATS Sanitizer at 200ppm concentration in spray bottle Provided and discussed with operator 3 bulletins: power outage, boil water and small fire From last inspection: ceiling tiles on top of cheese cooler are still missing - to be replaced (by end of September 2017) And operator will speak with refrigeration company in regards to leaking pipes as discussed Note: Operator stated that the current sanitizer leaves a film on the food equipment - another option is Bleach To mix solution refer to the information sign provided.
