Routine inspection conducted with the presence of concession management staff. Upper concession was under renovation in summer to replace the floor. No change in food menu.

- No food processing at the time of inspection.
- Hand sink at the front area was equipped with hot and cold running water, hand soap and paper towel.
- Beverage cooler measured at less than 4C
- Freezers measured at temperature at -12 ~ -16C. Chicken strip was solid frozen.
- No food in hot holding unit, the unit temperature reached 60.1C.
- Only one compartment sink available for dishwashing. Instruction given on how to make 100ppm bleach sanitizer in the sink to sanitize tongs, scoops and other kitchen tools.
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual.
- No evidence of pest activity observed during inspection.
- FOODSAFE Level1 staff was onsite for every shift.

Corrective actions required: prepare probe thermometer to measure internal temperature of fried chicken strip and sausage, make sure to reach 74C.
