Follow up inspection: -Ceiling tiles above the area with the induction stove top was replaced with washable tiles. -A shelving unit was added in the dry storage room and chemical storage room (room with the mop sink). Operator stated that they will add one more metal shelving unit in the dry storage area. -Fabric couches/chairs were removed. -A few chairs and small table made of durable, impermeable, washable and smooth materials were present on-site. -Freezer has not been added yet for ice cream. Permit fee payment of $125.00 via credit card to Fraser Health effective date (June 12, 2019) to March 31, 2020 for the current fiscal year was provided by the operator to the Fraser Healths billing department over the phone at the time of the follow up inspection. Health approval to operate from Fraser Health was granted. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other government agency.
