- Routine inspection conducted, by appointment. Kitchen not in operation at time of inspection.
- Kitchen/hall is rented out for events - renters bring their own food. The Sullivan Association (owner) does not cook/prepare food from this kitchen for the public. If a renter is providing/making food for the public, they will need to fill out a temporary premises application form for Fraser Health and obtain a temporary permit.

- One domestic cooler/freezer was not working at time of inspection. Cooler from the back area relocated to the main kitchen area.
- Cooler measured at 2C. Freezer temperature satisfactory. Thermometers available in cooler and freezer.
- No food stored onsite
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm
- Three-compartment sink available in kitchen maintained in sanitary conditions. Hand washing compartment properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- A two-compartment sink is also available in the back area. Also properly supplied.
- General sanitation excellent at time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
