Facility operating as production facility for retail store.

Temperatures:
Display cooler (front): not in use
Walk-in cooler: 2.8°C
Walk-in freezer: -21.0°C
Chest freezer: -23.4°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
Sanitizer solution measured 100ppm bleach
3 compartment sink available
All equipment in sanitary condition. Blades for all slicers and grinders were noted to be clean
Operator stated equipment dismantled for thorough cleaning after each use

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
Floors in production area need to be repainted
