- Acid sanitizer is available for brewery equipment

Note:
- Glasswasher records are not being maintained at time of inspection. Ensure testing of the glasswasher is done at least once per day and results are recorded in a log. Results must be 12.5 - 25 ppm iodine. Keep log on site for review.
- Three holes observed on the wall in grain milling room. Seal up holes to prevent potential entry of pests.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises for rodent droppings. Clean up droppings as needed by wiping with 1:10 bleach solution.
