Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bowl of margarine stored at room temperature close to the entrance door. On the package label it indicated the product needs to be kept refrigerated.
Corrective Action(s): The bowel of margarine was discarded. Ensure all food products are stored according to manufacture's label requirement.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer dispenser dispensed 0 ppm quats sanitizer. Quats stock bottle was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Staff replaced the stocked bottle and 200 ppm quats sanitizer was measured from the dispenser.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in cooler & stand-up cooler maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer maintained at -18C.
- Hot holding units not in use at the time of inspection.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle. Obtain another bottle for the kitchen area.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available at the 2 compartment sink.
- Meat slicer maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
