Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer pail in the kitchen was measured at 100 ppm QUATs. It was replenished with 200 ppm QUATs at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towels dispenser for one of the server station's hand washing station was empty. Paper towel replenished at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
All hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels (see violation 401 for an exception).
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 74.8C at the plate level.
General sanitation is adequate.
General food storage practice is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place.
General food handling practice from staffs are satisfactory.
Food held in ice measured at 4C or less.
