It was replenished with 200 ppm QUATs at the time of inspection. Routine inspection conducted: All hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels (see violation 401 for an exception). All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 74.8C at the plate level. General sanitation is adequate. General food storage practice is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place. General food handling practice from staffs are satisfactory.
