Comments

- Premises was well maintained in sanitary condition. - Hot and cold running water was supplied to all sinks - Liquid soap and paper towel were present at handsinks (front bar and kitchen) - Coolers were operating at 4C or colder and equipped with thermometers - Freezers were maintaining food products in a frozen state - Operator reported temperatures of cold holding units are checked daily. - Probe thermometer present for checking food temperatures - Foods were stored in a manner to prevent contamination - wrapped/covered, raw meats stored beneath ready to eat items - High temperature dishwasher operational and met required sanitizing temperature at dish surface (71C or higher). Temperature at dish surface: 73.7C. - Operator reported dishwasher wash and rinse temperatures are checked daily - Bleach sanitizer solution present for use on food contact surfaces and customer tables. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine. - Dry goods were stored on shelving >15cm off of the floor. Dry storage area (back) is kept clean with floor clear to allow for monitoring for any pest activity. - No signs of pest activity at time of the inspection. Pest control service is monthly. - Operator present and has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate - Permit to operate posted in visible location Note: Storage room at back of premises (east side) is leased to adjacent food premises. Lease agreement in place and was previously provided. No concerns at time of inspection.
