Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bean sprouts and alfalfa sprouts still stored in open produce cooler unit which is not able to maintain 4C or less. Bean sprout and alfalfa sprouts at 12C - 14C at time of inspection. This issue has been noted on the previous inspection reports. Correction order issued.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure bean sprouts an alfalfa sprouts are stored at 4C or less at all times.

- Screens obtained/installed for receiving area. Deliveries being received at time of inspection so the screens were pulled back. Ensure screens are in place over open back door when deliveries are not being received.
- Staff washroom door is not self closing
- Drain plugs obtained for the two compartment sink.
