Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the hot dogs and the Taquitos on the rollers were not hot enough. The settings were accidentally turned down according to staff.
Corrective Action(s): Items were reheated and setting readjusted. Continue to monitor by taking temperatures to ensure they are at 140F or higher while on roller machines.

Thorough cleaning under the shelving units for the boxes of pop syrup is needed to remove spills and debris accumulation.
Clean the outside garbage enclosure to remove garbage and grime on the floor (spilled grease?). Pick up garbage under the bushes.

Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Temperature log is maintained. Food probe thermometer is accurate.
Temperature of hot food items inside the display cases were satisfactory.
Sanitizers were available and at the correct concentration (quats).
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
No obvious signs of pest infestations noted.
Health permit is posted.
