Hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water ***Never block the hand sink! No staff in room at time of inspection, but a bucket was covering the only hand wash station Quat dispenser at the 3 compartment sink measured 200ppm ***Test strips had been soaked through. Please replace container General sanitation satisfactory
