Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handsink is supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher measured at a final rinse temperature at 72.3 C at the plate level.
- Walk-in-cooler and upright cooler were at temperature less than 4C.
- Chest freezer in storage room less than -18C
- Dry storage area satisfactory, all food is stored off the floor.
- Hot holding unit (daal), greater than 60C.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- NOTE: Bleach bottle is available. Prepare 100ppm chlorine solution by mixing one teaspoon bleach in one litre of water or one tablespoon bleach in one gallon of water.
