Handwash stations (in coffee area and in washroom) are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in cooler, display cooler with sandwiches, milk cooler are all measured at less than 4C. Freezers are measured at less than -18C. Food storage is well organized.
