Routine inspection: -Fresh dairy and deli cooler below 4 C. -Upright freezer below -18 C. -Ice cream freezer below - 18 C. -Walk in cooler at 4 C. -Temperature records maintained and available for review. -All items come prepackaged. -Hand sink at coffee station equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. -Two compartment sink available for dishwashing. Discussed how the proper way of manual dishwashing. Use Quats as per manufacturer's recommendations. -Coffee urns cleaned with TABZ followed by a rinse and sanitizing step - good. -Facility kept in a clean condition.
