Documents submitted:
- Updated sanitation plan and food safety plan

Observations:
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No unapproved meats observed for sale
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Dishwashing signage with instructions was provided to operator during inspection
- Staff stated that all bulk bins will be cleaned and sanitized each time they are empty
- Bulk foods are received from an approved supplier. Ensure invoices are kept on site.
- Extra stock of bulk foods are stored on top shelves, at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Operator has ordered scoops for each bulk container.
- Hand sanitizer dispenser is observed placed on the wall next to the bulk container shelf unit.
- Plastic bags are available for customer use
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor

**Note:
- Operator has NOT submitted plans for future smoothie and/or meat shop operations. Operator is aware to submit plans PRIOR to operation of proposed new operations. In addition, health approval must be grated PRIOR to operation of these proposed areas. Submission requirements were discussed with the operator during inspection.
