Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In use utensil (drink stirring spoon) was stored in an ambient temperature water. Spoon now stored in a clean empty container. Ensure in use stirring spoons are stored in ice water or an empty clean container.

Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 50-100 ppm chlorine.
2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Please maintain temperature logs for coolers and freezers. Logs will be reviewed in subsequent inspections.
