Observation: Low temperature dishwasher chlorine residaul at plate surface tested 0 ppm.
Correction: Service the dishwasher immeidately. In the mean time, use the dishwasher to wash and rinse the dishes, then use the sink beside the dishwasher to sanitize the dishes by using 50 ppm chlorine. Fully immerse all dishes in the sanitizer for at least 2 minutes to kill the germs.
