Bin of utensils in kitchen have mixture of dirty and clean utensils.
Corrective Action(s):
Immediately wash, rinse and sanitize all utensils in this bin. Ensure to keep clean utensils separate from dirty utensils that are to be washed and sanitized.

Routine Inspection:

Front Area:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers (prep, Dasani upright, all displays) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers (displays) maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding (samosas and chicken) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.

Kitchen:
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
2-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water.
Temperature of coolers (prep and under-counters) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.

Back Storage:
2-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water.
Temperature of walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
Temperature of walk-in freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.

Overall/Food Store:
Food stored off the floor.
Bleach available onsite for dishwashing and sanitation purposes.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.

In addition to the violations above, ensure the following:
Keep up with the cleaning and sanitation of the facility, including all shelving units, inside and outside all equipment.
Ensure to continue pest control through a pest control company.
Remove items not required for the operation of the facility from the premises.
Keep pathways clear in back storage room. Remove empty boxes/bins as this is also a safety issue.
