Observation: - Rodent droppings found in the following areas:
- Under shelves along wall/ floor edges in dry storage room, especially near soda beverage tubing and behind safe.
- Behind beverage display cooler beside kitchen entrance.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean the above noted areas. [Correction Date: March 19, 2020]

- Continue to monitor activity. Use snap traps and/ or glue boards.
- Notify your pest control company and seek advise and solutions to address issue.
- Ensure that all potential entry points (gaps/ cracks/ openings/ etc.) are tightly sealed to prevent pest entry.
- Replace burnt out light in dry storage room so that there is adequate lighting to facilitate cleaning and pest monitoring.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation throughout the entire premises to prevent potential pest attraction.

- Hot Holding Equipment is maintaining hot potentially hazardous foods at safe temperatures (≥60 deg C):
- Hot Dogs in Hot Holding Drawers: 69 deg C to 73 deg C.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution.
- Chlorine test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 71.1 deg C at dish surface (min./max. thermometer)
- FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 requirements satisfied at time of inspection.

Note: Exposed drywall adjacent to back handsink deficiency noted in the last routine inspection report appears to have been addressed. However, area is exposed to high moisture and appears that paint is beginning to peel again. Ensure that wall (and all surfaces) are maintained in good repair and are smooth, washable, and impervious.
