- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - display cooler, sandwich prep cooler, milk cooler, undercounter and upright storage cooler are measured at temperature less than or equal to 4C
- Undercounter storage freezer is measured at -14C
- HOt holding unit is greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at the dish surface. NOTE: A lot was foam was left at the end of the cycle, adjust the detergent and rinse aid levels to prevent any soap residue on dishes after the final cycle
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Sanitizer solution is available in spray bottle and is measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Temperature logs are well maintained.
- Foodsafe training is verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory
