Comments

-Interior of fridge/freezer has been cleaned -All moveable items have been cleared from kitchen floor and cleaning has been completed -Pest Control technician was on-site. A hole in the bathroom was covered with a screen and traps have been put in place. Invoice shown at the time of the inspection. -Droppings have been cleaned up. Continue to keep floor area clean and clear and monitor for any further activity. Clean up any droppings and disinfect area immediately if seen. -Stove area and exhaust area has been thoroughly cleaned to remove grease buildup. it is now noted that the paint on this wall is peeling. Discussed repairing wall or covering with stainless steel backsplash with Operator. All surfaces must be maintained in a smooth, washable impervious condition.
