Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop observed stored on top of ice machine.

Corrective Action(s): Scoop must be stored in a container then both washed and sanitized daily.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wash temperature on low temperature dishwasher at 108F. Must be a minimum of 120F. Wash tank temperature was set at 130F. This was raised to 150F.
Corrective Action(s): Verified that 130F was reached on final rinse.
