Licensee to ensure fire extinguisher is serviced & full emergency evacuation drill is conducted annually.

As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

During inspection Licensing discussed changes to the sign in/ out sheet. Licensing is now asking that the sign in/ out sheets have all the names of the children enrolled at the facility be listed on all sign in/ out sheets for each day. If a child is not ordinarily present on that day this can be recorded as such on the sheet.

During inspection Licensing noted that though there is a minor incident logbook on site, it is not being used by staff. Ensure all unusual non-reportable events are recorded, including incidents where a child may have received a bruise for example.

During inspection Licensing observed:
- children engaged in free play consisting of: puzzles, creating art, dramatic play with a train track and trains, using a sensory table etc.
- staff interacting with children while they were engaged in free play, assisting with problem solving when necessary.
