Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AW2UVU. Work order completed for sanitizer dispenser. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm from dispenser and in labeled spray bottles. Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
