Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff on-site informed that facility uses vinegar and water mix to clean and sanitize food contact surfaces. Staff informed that they do not use chemicals on food contact surfaces as it may damage equipment and be too harsh.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized with approved sanitizer (e.g.: chlorine, QUATS, or iodine) with appropriate concentration. If using bleach (chlorine) dilute 1tsp to 1L water in spray bottle to be used to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Kitchen not being used at this time during inspection.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
2-compartment sinks available. High-temperature dishwasher available but currently off as kitchen is not in operation at the time of inspection. Bulk bleach (chlorine) available.
Chlorine spray bottles at 100ppm. 2-compartment sink sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine solution. Chlorine test strips available. Chlorine records well maintained.
Stand-up freezer measured at -22C. Stand-up cooler measured at 2.8C.
Food observed to be protected from contamination and stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
