-Follow-up inspection to April 12, 2019. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Cooler unit has been adjusted and was at 4C. -2-compartment sink prepared with 100ppm bleach at the time of inspection. Ensure bleach is prepared when facility is open for business. -No hot potentially hazardous foods cooling at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
