A routine inspection was completed:
- Under-counter coolers and display coolers 1C or colder; back room walk-in-freezer -23C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded twice a day.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. Sinks accessible at all times.
- Quats solution in spray bottles, cloth bucket, and at 3-comp manual ware washing sink had strength of 200ppm. Test strips present.
- General sanitation level is good.
- Starbuck staff clean all equipment and surfaces. Safeway cleaning crew cleans the floors and floor mats.
- No signs of pests. Monthly contract with a professional pest company in place for monitoring purposes.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; labeled; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, or pallets.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- Valid FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff present, or one who possesses an equivalent course.

ACTION
Clean the floors under the cupboards, especially all the way to the back walls to remove the debris.
