Spot check. - Facility is in good sanitary condition, majority of items are now appropriately labelled - good. No evidence of re-packaging observed on-site - Generally, premise is well-lit - All food products are stored at least 6" off the floor - Stand-up cooler remains organized - No flies or compost present in facility - good - Hand sink in restroom stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels and fully drains The following require your attention: - Some more debris noted behind stand-up white cooler, as well as to the right of the chest freezer at the back. Please remove the debris and rice. Ensure that you maintain a good sanitary standard. Please inform EHO if any of your services change.
