Observation: 1) Shelves inside the counter in the FOH is made of bare wood and not easily cleanable.
2) Some of the floor tiles in the dishpit area are broken and no longer intact.
Corrective Action(s): 1) As discussed, replace shelves with ones that are smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
2) Replace all broken/cracked floor tiles.
