- General sanitation of bakery area and equipment satisfactory. Improvement noted in cleanliness since previous routine inspection. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation ensuring hard to reach areas of the floor under prep tables and shelving is cleaned to remove any food debris. *Some build up noted on top of dishwasher. Ensure this is cleaned regularly.
- All handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Quats solution present in buckets for use with wiping cloths and in 3 compartment sink. All solutions measured 200ppm.
