A gap was noted in between the bottom of the sink basin and the drain pipe. 2. The same hand washing station did not have liquid soap available. Corrective Action(s): 1. Discontinue the use of this hand sink immediately. Service this hand washing sink to prevent the water leakage. Correct this by: immediately. 2. Replenish the liquid hand soap. No covers available for the ice at the time of visit. Ice in the ice machine was discarded at this time by the operator. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: 1. Ice machine's sliding door has not been serviced yet. Door was detached from the unit and stored on the floor (in between the ice machine and the adjacent wall). 2. Drain plugs for 2 compartment sink are not available on site. Corrective Action(s): 1. Ice machine door is to be serviced to protect ice from contamination. Correct this by: immediately. 2. Acquire drain plugs. These are required for manual dishwashing in case the dishwasher fails or to wash and sanitize items that does not fit in the dishwasher. Correct this by: immediately. Violation Score: 9

Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CARV7E was conducted: Hand sink behind the cashier is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. This hand sink is to be used until the hand washing sink in the dishwashing area is serviced. In-use stirring spoon stored in ice at the time of visit. Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
