Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Mildew buildup observed inside ice machine.
- Food debris observed on the meat slicer machine.
- Debris build up observed on built-in can opener.
Corrective Action(s):
- Turn off the ice machine, empty all ice out, clean & sanitize.
- Dismantle the meat slicer & can opener machine and clean the machine thoroughly by scrubbing. Wash & sanitize.
Operator started cleaning the above items at the time of inspection.

Inspection was conducted during non-operational hours.
All hand sinks are fully equipped.
All coolers at 4C or below.
All freezers at -18C or below.
Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher reached 61.5C and rinse water measured 100ppm chlorine. **Ensure to prime the sanitizer tube to ensure sanitizer is dispensing properly.
All food items are covered.

*Fruit flies are observed in the dry storage area and staff washroom. Ensure to remove food and water sources to prevent them; install fruit fly traps if needed.
