Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B7EUB7: - Rat and mouse droppings have been thoroughly removed and floors cleaned and disinfected. The areas inspected include the dry storage areas in the back of the kitchen and the storage area in the next building. - A professional pest control company must inspect the store on a monthly basis. Summary reports must be available on site for review by the health inspector. Email the last two pest control reports to the health inspector. - General sanitation has improved. Build up of dirt/grease have been cleaned. - Recommend installing a door sweep or rubber to fully seal the back door.
