Introduction

A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted to routine inspection (facility inspection report #SMOY-BJWQ79) conducted on December 16, 2019. Noted on the previous inspection were 3 violations.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated December 27, 2019 there were 4 children and 2 staff present. The Licensee emailed the writer on December 17, 2019 stating that the violations have all been addressed. During today's inspection the writer confirmed the violations have been satisfactorily addressed; no further action is required.
