Sales of prepackaged perishable and prepackaged non perishable food items.
- No food production on site.
- All food items are required to be from "approved sources"
- Temperature Control: No concerns. Refrigerated temperatures are to be maintained at or below 4 C, Freezers at or below -18 C. Gauges are to be viewable - monitor daily.
- Food Storage: All frozen meats are prepackaged and labelled. All items are to be kept protected during display.
- Sanitation: Facility is to be kept clean and organized.
- Pest control: Continue an active rodent control monitoring program. Building envelope is to be kept in good repair - ensure no rodent access. (ie: seal all entryways when noted.)
