- Glasswasher was serviced/adjusted; chlorine residual on glass after rinse cycle was 50ppm. Test strips present to check. Ensure sanitizer level and temperature of rinse water is checked prior to use. (min 50ppm chlorine at 24 deg C or min 100ppm chlorine at 13C). Should chlorine level be inadequate, Operator must ensure kitchen dishwasher is used.
