Observation: Rodent droppings observed along east wall, under dish pit, and in mechanical room. Captured mouse observed in trap in mechanical room at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please contact Pest Control to have area serviced (and rodent removed). Follow instructions and recommendations from pest control technician to have issue controlled and eliminated.

Observation: 1. Grease build up observed in range hood filters. Oil building up into droplets along range hood canopy and fire suppression lines.
2. Rodent droppings observe along East wall of kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Range hood filters need to be cleaned regularly. Please inculde this in the sanitation plans.
