Back area: Baking of non-potentially hazardous foods. Room used for storage of finished goods.
Warehouse: Coffee roasting
Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition. Food is protected from potential contamination.
Scoops not stored within food product.
Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels available at hand sink in baking area.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. It was stated solution is changed daily.
NSF certified domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle in place. Ensure that all equipment and utensils are washed and sanitized using the sanitizing cycle.
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
