Cleaning has been completed as detailed on previous inspection. Ensure these areas are part of your regular cleaning schedule. Back door was closed at the time of the inspection. Operator reported she will obtain screen. Ensure door remains closed until screen is in place. High temperature dishwasher is now achieving 71C in the final rinse at the dish surface. Operator reported hot water tank required adjustment.
