Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: - Back handsink location has been shifted slightly (along same wall) and is now accessible for handwashing and is no longer obstructed. Operator to submit updated layout plan. - Line cooler was repaired and is supplied with a thermometer. Temperature inside unit: 2.7C - Staff on duty has completed Foodsafe level 1 since routine inspection. Verification of completion viewed.
