- Please keep knives safe; and properly clean and sanitize it (it is unacceptable if dirty knives are stored between equipment);
- Pay attention to the deli slicer (hard to reach area/to remove all food debris);
- Ice machine is required regular service.

Note: Container with small amount of old cheese; and an fully insert spoon found in the cream cooler at the time of inspection - discarded at the time of inspection. Please check/clean coolers to ovoid such issues;
