- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition - Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks - Handsinks (3) were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel - Coolers (line coolers, beverage cooler, single door reach in cooler) were operating at 4C or colder and equipped with thermometers - Ice cream freezer (in use) was -19C. Note: Second ice cream freezer and 2 door reach in freezer not currently in use. Very limited frozen products present. - Observed food safe cooling practices in use at time of inspection. Shallow trays in use to cool foods rapidly. - Foods were stored in a manner in which they were protected from contamination - wrapped/covered, stored on shelving - In use wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution (200ppm) - Low temp chemical sanitizing dishwasher was operational. 50ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle. Chlorine test strips present. - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Pest control service is monthly. - Permit to operate posted. - Operator present and has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate.
